GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 2024
For the period from 26 April 2024 to 30 June 2024 and from 16 September 2024 to closure.
Guaranteed reservation against payment of deposit for an amount of 50% of the total amount of the stay for a reservation for more than 15 days and 100% of the total amount of the stay (excluding tourist taxes) for a reservation for less than 15 days.
For the period from 1 July 2024 to 15 September 2024.
Reservation guaranteed after payment of 100% of the total amount of the stay (excluding tourist taxes). Non refundable.
Any reservation option for which the deposit payment deadline (3 days) has expired will be automatically canceled.
Payment for the stay 15 days before your arrival, or on prior request, on the day of your arrival in full.
Payments accepted: Bank card (visa/MasterCard), ANCV in the name of one of the participants in the stay
The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code. Consumption, as soon as the services are provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity. Therefore, no refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.
If you cancel more than 15 days before the arrival date:
The deposit paid may either be kept for a future stay, valid for one year from the date of the canceled stay, depending on our availability and our conditions, or lost.
If you cancel less than 15 days from the arrival date:
the total amount of the stay will be charged and lost.
For any cancellation on the day of arrival, or for a no show, you will be charged the entire stay.
IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE:
- Billing of 100% of the amount of the stay
- Stay dates cannot be changed
- No refunds will be made
- You will be asked for proof of identity upon arrival, in the event of payment by credit card, this must be in the name of one of the participants of the stay (in order to avoid any credit card fraud)
Arrival and departure time
You can have your room from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and until 12 p.m. on the day of departure
Our dog friends will be kindly welcomed if they do not stay alone in the rooms. Please note that your animals must be kept on a leash in the establishment .

Breach of regulations, Damage, Objects taken
We will be obliged to invoice the amount of compensation or penalties to the customer.
Any disturbance may result in the immediate end of the stay without compensation from us.
Customers will be refused access within the establishment.
We reserve the right to debit the customer, thanks to the bank guarantee, in particular in the following cases:
- No release of the room for 12 hours
- Smells of tobacco in the room €68
- Interior and exterior deterioration during your stay or after your departure
- Theft of an item belonging to the establishment, noted before or after your departure; Towels etc
- Stains on carpets: Spilled drinks, burns on carpets...replacement value of this one €80 per m²
- Very dirty room when you left
- Failure to respect the number of people per room type. (A supplement of €40 will be charged per additional person, with an immediate end to the stay)
- For hygiene reasons, it is strictly forbidden to eat food in the room
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN in the rooms
- The property is completely non-smoking. Room balconies may be used for smoking.
